The UdyogHub platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our platform.

Content Standards

Business Transactions

Platform Role

UdyogHub serves as a platform to connect buyers and suppliers. We do not participate in the actual transactions between users. All business deals are conducted directly between the parties involved.

All users must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations related to their business activities. This includes but is not limited to GST compliance, import/export regulations, and industry-specific requirements.

Transaction Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for their business transactions

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products

Users must conduct their own due diligence

Payment processing and fulfillment are between transacting parties

Disputes must be resolved directly between the parties
